Day 1: Arrival
Be welcomed to Egypt with our organized pick-up service coordinated with your flight arrival time.
First, your expert tour guide will be waiting for you at Cairo airport, With a sign with your name for a seamless pickup. Then you will be taken to your private A/C vehicle, ready to transfer you to your Hotel.
Overnight in Cairo.

Day 2: Cairo – Great Pyramids, Memphis, Sakkara & Dahshur
Your expert tour guide will be waiting for you at your hotel. At the first stop, you will be amazed by the Great Pyramids of Egypt, an Ancient Wonder of the World.
Where you will visit and capture panoramic views of the legendary Pyramids of Giza, the Great Sphinx, the Valley Temple, and many other impressive photo opportunities.
You will visit the Zoser Step Pyramid in Sakkara at the next stop. It is the oldest Pyramid ever created, constructed for King Djoser with six rectangular bases.
Originally used as a burial ground during the ancient kingdom, makes this Pyramid a wonder to see and experience. You can view the Statue of Ramses II at the next stop; you will visit the old capital Memphis.
Then on to Dahshur to see both the Red and Bent Pyramids. Once the tour is complete, you will be comfortably transferred to your hotel.

Day 3: Museums & Markets Tour
Your expert tour guide will be waiting for you at your hotel. At the first stop, you will be amazed by the Egyptian Museum, containing thousands of genuine artifacts, Statues, and a priceless collection of Egyptian art.
Then visit Gayer Anderson Museum & Manial Palace. Then visit Egypt's markets, including the famous Khan El Khalili Bazaar. Within this old market, you will see the Tent & Textile Museums. Once the tour is complete, you will return to your hotel in comfort.
Overnight in Cairo.

Day 4: Luxor East Bank
Your guide will be waiting for you at your hotel in Cairo. Then you will be transferred to the airport, ready for your flight to Luxor. At the commencement of your tour, you will be taken to your private A/C vehicle.
The tour will start at the East Bank to visit the Temple of Karnak and Luxor. Walk through Luxor Temple to admire its outstanding courtyard and the granite statues of Ramses II.
Then, visit the Avenue of Sphinxes, the Hypostyle Hall with its 134 gigantic columns, and the fascinating temple of Amon adorned with lotus and papyrus pattern architecture.
Once the tour is complete, you will return to your hotel in comfort.
Overnight in Luxor.

Day 5: Luxor West Bank
Your tour guide will be waiting for you at your hotel. At the commencement of your tour, you will be taken to your private A/C vehicle.
The tour will start at the West Bank, where you will visit the Valley of the Kings, the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, and many amazing Ancient Temple Monuments.
In the Valley of the Kings, you will be taken back in time, entering the tombs of the Pharaohs that contain painted pillars and walls. Then to see the Colossi of Memnon. Two massive monumental statues represent King Amenhotep III, looking towards the Nile River.
Once the tour is complete, you will return to your hotel in comfort.

Day 6: Abydos & Dendera Tour
Your tour guide will be waiting for you at your hotel. At the commencement of your tour, you will be taken to your private A/C vehicle.
First, you will visit Abydos, containing the impressive Osiris Temple.
This temple is home to the best original temple wall art in Egypt. Then follow on to visit Dendera & the Temple of Hathor. Once the tour is complete, you will return to your hotel in comfort.
Overnight in Luxor.

Day 7: Edfu & Kom Ombo Tour
Your tour guide will be waiting for you at your hotel, ready to transfer you to Edfu by A/C vehicle. First, you will visit the outstanding Temple of Horus in Edfu. Then follow on to Kom Ombo to visit the temple used by gods Sobek and Haroeris.
Once the tour is complete, you will be transferred in comfort back to your hotel in Aswan.

Day 8: Abu Simbel Tour
Your guide will be waiting for you at your hotel. You will start the tour of the Temple of Abu Simbel. This massive temple constructed by Ramses II is one of the most impressive sites in Egypt. Then you will visit the temple of Nefertari.
Once the tour is complete, you will be transferred in comfort back to your hotel in Aswan.

Day 9: Aswan Tour
Your tour guide will be waiting for you at your hotel, ready to take you to your private A/C vehicle. At the first stop, you will visit the Hight Dam, which has fantastic views of Lake Nasser. Then you will see the Philae Temple, surprisingly removed from its original resting place.
Once the tour is complete, you will be comfortably transferred to the domestic airport to take your flight to Cairo. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to your hotel in Cairo.

During peak holiday periods—Christmas, New Year, and Easter—a 25% surcharge applies to all Nile Cruises and tour packages. This reflects increased seasonal demand and ensures the continued high quality of service during these busy times.
Booking Confirmation Policy
To make your experience with My Egypt Trip smooth and hassle-free, we follow clear and flexible payment terms based on the type of service booked:
- Day Tours & Excursions: Full payment (100%) is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
- Multi-Day Tour Packages & Nile Cruises: A 30% deposit is needed to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be settled at least 15 days prior to your arrival.
- Holiday Season Bookings (Christmas, New Year & Easter): Due to high demand during these festive periods, a 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

Once your payment is received, you’ll receive the following via email:
- A written booking confirmation
- A personalized itinerary tailored to your trip
- All relevant travel documents
- Payment receipts for your records

Cancellation & Refund Policy
At My Egypt Trip, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
- 30 days or more before arrival: Full refund, minus any applicable bank or transaction fees.
- 15 to 29 days before arrival: A 25% cancellation fee of the total tour cost applies.
- 7 to 14 days before arrival: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged.
- Less than 7 days before arrival or no-show: A 100% cancellation fee applies.
Refund Process
Eligible refunds are processed within 14 business days after we receive your written cancellation request.
Please note: Some Nile cruises, hotels, or special services may have stricter cancellation terms. These will be clearly outlined in your personalized itinerary or booking confirmation.
Children Policy
At My Egypt Trip, we’re proud to be a family-friendly travel provider! We offer special discounted rates for children when they share accommodations with two full-paying adults:
- Infants (under 2 years): Free of charge
- Children aged 2–5 years: Pay 25% of the adult rate
- Children aged 6–11 years: Pay 50% of the adult rate
- Children 12 years and older: Charged at the full adult price

- Discounts are only valid when children stay in the same room as two adults.
